"LOST PET" SCAM ALERT
We have been notified that someone has called at least one lost pet poster from the Albuquerque metro area while spoofing our phone number on the caller ID. The caller claims the lost pet has been hit by a car and brought into the clinic for treatment. We presume the caller will then try to ask for up-front payment for medical treatments. It is likely this is being attempted using other clinic phone numbers as well.
If you are ever suspicious about the circumstances under which we (or any company) have contacted you, you should immediately hang up and call the company back using a phone number that is known as good to you. If the call was legitimate, there will always be someone to assist you with the same matter. If nobody seems to know what you are talking about, you probably just avoided a scammer!

Our hours of operation can accommodate your busy schedule - we're open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. Emergency services are also available 24/7 to clients who have had a regular office visit within the last year.

As of June 22nd, 2024, our beloved Dr. William Hancock has retired after 40+ years of practice!
Unfortunately, since we are now rather short on doctors to handle our currently established client base,
we cannot accept any new clients at this time. If you are an existing client, you may still add new pets to your account.
